It's been one week into my contest prep & I can't believe how much i've already learned. I've made numerous mistakes, been so hungry at times that I don't know if i'm going to make it to my next meal, and been so confused about "can I eat that".
But the ONE thing I have learned indefinitely is that when you're diet it ON POINT.. your body will thank you. This is my 1 week 'ab' progress pic:

The left is a little over a week ago, the right is Saturday. I'm holding some water in the right picture from the gallons I've been drinking but.. wow. AND I FEEL BETTER. My body is still getting used to eating 'Super Clean' so at times I feel really hungry or have really crazy cravings of foods that we shouldn't even be able to consume :) but other than that, I know my body is just loving it. I have SO much more energy also.
One of the major mistakes i've made is starting fasted cardio so early. I'm still 11 weeks out from my show, so my coach has taken it out of my regimen. If I start it too early, i'll become lean really quickly and it will be hard to maintain. So for now, i'm just focusing on my diet being 100% & working out extra hard; especially my weak areas.
