But the ONE thing I have learned indefinitely is that when you're diet it ON POINT.. your body will thank you. This is my 1 week 'ab' progress pic:
One of the major mistakes i've made is starting fasted cardio so early. I'm still 11 weeks out from my show, so my coach has taken it out of my regimen. If I start it too early, i'll become lean really quickly and it will be hard to maintain. So for now, i'm just focusing on my diet being 100% & working out extra hard; especially my weak areas.
